The District sits right on Jacksonville's historic square — a short walk from Jacksonville State University and simple to reach from Highway 21 and the surrounding region. Park once and walk to dinner, shopping, and a show.
Phase one includes a dedicated 96-space parking lot, and we're working with the City to bring additional public parking downtown — with on-square parking steps from every storefront.

Lofts on Ladiga offers fully furnished loft apartments on the historic square, available on 12-month leases, with short stays when available. Additional furnished studios are coming to 100 Ladiga in 2027. Wake up downtown, walk downstairs for coffee, and live on the square.
It's the comfortable home base for a JSU game weekend, a campus visit, an event on the green, or a Southern getaway without the long drive.
